The allocated driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall of
the airport you will be landing on, with your name displayed on a
board.
You will be provided with the driver details prior to the journey
commencing, and will know the driver’s name, phone number and all
car registration details to ensure you are able to spot each other
with ease. If for any reason you are unable to locate your driver,
it is best to contact the driver first as he will be able to assist

You can cancel, edit or postpone your
booking through your booking dashboard if you have registered an
account with us.
If you do not have an account with us, you will have to call us.
Some of the options are only allowed before deadline.
Once the deadline has passed, you may not be able to use some
options.

If the booking is cancelled before the deadline, you will get the
full refund. Cancellation after deadline is not eligible for refund.

Airport Pick up: You get 20 minutes of free waiting. Waiting and
parking charges apply if you are not available for pickup after the
free waiting time ends.
Non-Airport Pick up: You get 10 minutes of free waiting. Waiting and
parking charges apply if you are not available for pickup after the
free waiting time ends.
Waiting charges are £5 per 15 minutes for Saloon, Estate & MPV.
£7.50 per 15 minutes Executive and Minibus.
Parking charges depend on the pickup location.
Depending on the number of passengers and
luggage, we recommend different size vehicles which we believe will
best suite your needs and don’t jeopardise your comfort either. Of
course, if you have more unusual types of luggage, things can get
tricky… Reason why we have listed below some of the more frequent
items our clients have asked us to carry for them.
Saloon Car: These can accommodate up to 3 passengers plus 3 medium
suitcases (20kg max) or 3 passengers 2 large suitcases (20kg max) or
4 passengers plus hand luggage. Any more luggage than this will
require a larger vehicle.
Executive Car: These can accommodate up to 3 passengers plus 3
medium suitcases (20kg max) 3 passengers 2 large suitcases (20kg
max) or 4 passengers plus hand luggage. Any more luggage than this
will require a larger vehicle.
Estate Car: These can accommodate up to 4 passengers plus 4
suitcases (20kg max). Any more luggage than this will require a
larger vehicle.
People Carrier: These can accommodate up to 5 passengers plus 3
suitcases (20kg max) or 6 passengers plus hand luggage. Any more
luggage than this will require a larger vehicle.
8 Seater MiniBus: These can accommodate up to 8 passengers plus 8
suitcases (20kg max). Any more luggage than this will require a
larger vehicle.
The minimum notice required to make booking is 3 hours, however we
always recommend you book at least 24 hours prior to your required
pick-up.
Transport for London enforces that all
licensed London minicabs offer their services to guide dog users
without extra charging them.
If a company or a driver has refused to undertake a journey or has
charged you extra because of a guide dog, you can report them
directly to the Transport for London Private Hire (minicab)
division.
This applies to accredited assistance dog users only.
Pets are allowed within certain vehicles only, with additional
charges, so it would be ideal to pre-book such a requirement.
Pet must travel within a safe cage or secure safety lease/harness
while in transit (this is a law requirement).
Please note child seats are not a requirement in Taxi & Private Hire
Vehicles, and for this reason we do not enforce or provide these
while undertaking a journey with us; you can bring your own seat,
but this cannot be stored with the driver.
Its is always advised to leave extra time for immigration and customs. We provide 20 minutes of
free waiting time to cover any unexpected delays. After 20 minutes of free waiting time ends, waiting and
additional parking charges apply.
In case you think you have forgotten something in one of our
driver’s vehicles, please contact us as soon as you can. Although we
instruct our drivers to check the vehicle after each and every
journey, misplaced items can be overlooked and can go missing once
other passengers board the vehicle.

Please note we will require your booking ID and your name in order
to complete a lost & found form.
Should we spot or find any misplaced items, we will contact you and
arrange for a courier service to return the items to you. Please
note all courier service charges will be payable prior to the
package being sent.

You should also check if the email landed in your spam / junk emals.
In any case, please contact and we will send you the booking confirmation again.
